I help busy women and mums reconnect with themselves, find calm within the chaos and embody their best self.

As a yoga and meditation teacher and health coach I guide women to create daily rituals that support clarity and alignment with ease.

Through my courses, events and The Whole Self Podcast, I share practical tools to help you slow down, tune in and transform from feeling overwhelmed to feeling deeply connected with self. 

My approach is simple - because when yourself, everything else falls into place.

MY STORY

Motherhood changed everything for me. With three boys, including twins born just 16 months apart, I felt overwhelmed when knee deep in motherhood. Meditation became my anchor - the key to finding clam within the chaos and reconnecting with myself.


What started as a personal practice turned into a passion for helping other women do the same. Now, as a meditation and mindfulness coach, yoga teach and health coach, I guide women and mums back to clarity, balance and a deep sense of self. Because when you take care of you, everything else flows.
